1. Services
PIXVA provides digital design and marketing services including promotional posters, reels, digital visiting cards, social-media designs, websites, Google Business assistance, and print & xerox.
2. Orders & payment
Orders are placed over WhatsApp. Payment instructions are shared manually; we do not collect payment through this website. You will be informed of the total before work begins.
3. What we need from you
You agree to provide accurate business details and confirm that you have the rights to any logos, photos or text you share for your designs. We rely on that information to create your work.
4. Revisions & approval
Each service includes revisions as described. Please review your design and request changes before final delivery.
5. Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and are confirmed with you when you order. Complex or large projects may take additional time.
6. Intellectual property
On final delivery, you receive the design for your business use. Sample and template artwork shown on our site remains the property of PIXVA and is provided for demonstration.
7. Limitation of liability
We aim for high-quality work, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for how the final work is used.
